Privacy notice
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Nexframe Emerging Technologies operates this NexFrame Hub marketing website. This notice explains how we handle information you share when you request a demo, ask about early access or discuss a founding partnership. The NexFrame Hub application has a separate service and privacy context.
Information we collect
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, country or region, industry, the type of conversation you want and an optional message. We also record the page used and campaign parameters when present. Our hosting providers process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the website.
How we use it
We use your submission to respond to your request and understand whether NexFrame Hub may fit your organization. Submitting the form does not create a NexFrame Hub account or subscription. We do not use your contact details for an unrelated mailing list based on this request.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Form submissions are stored in a dedicated marketing database in AWS Canada (Central), separate from the NexFrame Hub application. Authorized Nexframe Emerging Technologies staff can access submissions to follow up. AWS provides the website delivery and storage services; CloudFront delivers site content through its global network. We do not sell form submissions.
Retention
Each submission is set to expire 365 days after it is received. Automated removal of expired database records can take a few additional days. Recovery backups can retain a copy for up to 35 more days. You can request earlier deletion using the contact below.
Analytics
The website has internal hooks for measuring actions such as demo requests, but no third-party analytics provider is currently loaded. If we add one, we will update this notice before activating it.
Your choices and contact
You can ask about the personal information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from further contact by emailing hub@nexframe.ca. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
